Accommodation
Special rates have been negotiated with the Accor Group and bookings need to be made at time of registration to secure these rates, all rates are inclusive of GST where applicable.
To book your accommodation
Please advise the Event Coordinator your accommodation requirements, listing hotel and dates for which accommodation is required. As there is limited space available at each hotel, it is important that you book early. Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of requests.
Cancellation of Accommodation
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to day of arrival will be subject to one night’s charge. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded in writing to the Conference organiser.
Deadlines
The hotels impose strict cut off dates of 30 days prior to arrival; therefore any bookings made after the 31 March 2012 will be on a requested basis.
Payment
Please provide credit card details to hold your reservation. It will not be charged at booking.
You will be responsible for paying your account in full directly to the hotel on departure. In the event of a "No Show" the first nights' accommodation will be charged.
