To book your accommodation
Please advise the Conference organiser your accommodation requirements, listing hotel and dates for which accommodation is required.  As there is limited space available at each hotel, it is important that you book early.  Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of requests.

Cancellation of Accommodation
For cancellations of reservations within 30 days of arrival, a fee of the first night’s accommodation will apply. Hotels may strictly enforce this policy.  Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded in writing to the Conference organiser.

Deadlines
The hotels impose strict cut off dates of 30 days prior to arrival; therefore any bookings made after the 17 April 2010 will be on a requested basis.

Payment
Please include a minimum of one night’s room rates as a deposit or provide credit card details (the credit card details will be passed onto the hotel to guarantee your booking) with your registration fee payment.  The balance of your accommodation account and any incidental charges must be paid in full directly to the hotel on departure.
