All delegates will be entitled to admission to the conference on each of the days and will receive a printed and CD copy of the conference proceedings.

Lunches, refreshments, entry to drinks reception and conference dinner is included in the above rate.

Registrants are tracked by their e-mail addresses. Upon successful registration, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.  You can also print invoices if you need this for submission to your company.

If you find that you need to make changes later, simply return to the registration page and re-enter your e-mail address.  At this point you will be able to make edits to your original registration.

Terms & Conditions

Entry: The organisers reserve the right of entry to the conference.

Payment: Payment is required before the event. Delegates may be refused admission if payment is not received prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations should be notified in writing to the Event Coordinator.
2. Any cancellations received before Monday, 26 March 2012 will receive a refund less 10% administration fee.
3. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date.
4. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the Event Coodinator of any name changes.
