Speaker Information
All speakers are required to provide the following information:

| A PowerPoint Presentation | Due by Friday, 23 March 2012 |
Abstract
The abstract should introduce and give a brief overview of the topic and has a 300 word limit or text. Please include a short biography of about 80 words of the presenter.
Written Paper (to be published in the Proceedings)
The deadline for submitting your paper is Monday, 23 January 2012. Please send your final version as an e-mail attachment, to the Event Coordinator fareesha.wijesinghe@wtc.com.au. You will receive confirmation once your paper has been received.
PowerPoint Presentation
Speakers will have approximately thirty (30) minutes to present their material ( with 5-10 minutes for questions) unless otherwise specified.
Here are a few tips to ensure a viewer-friendly presentation.
- Please use either a Tahome or Arial font on all slides.
- The program used is Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Remember if it takes longer than 3 seconds for a viewer to understand and assimilate what is on your slide, then there is too much information.
- Keep words on your slides to a minimum, using bullet points.
Please email your presentation by Friday, 23 March 2012 to the Event Coordinator, but remember to bring a backup copy (either on a disc or portable USB drive).
Please note - if your presentation has any special effects including video, sound, animation, etc. please let the Event Coordinator know ahead of time so that we can coordinate with the on-site AV staff to prevent any last-minute complications.
